In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the response received from the company, the customer can submit the Complaint Form to Consumer Protection at the Central Bank of Bahrain or through Central Bank of Bahrain's website | Depending on the response of the bank or financial institution if the complaint still requires further investigation you may then submit the complaint with the reply of the bank or financial institution on your complaint in order for the Central Bank of Bahrain to further investigate it |
