Completing a full nursing assessment and any related orders within 12 hour shift | Handling patients for Dialysis, Perm-Catheter insertion and providing care pre and post operative |
Takes charge of the unit in the absence of the person responsible as required or requested.
25Ensures that the usage of supplies is in cost effective and responsible manner and ensures enough supplies are available in the unit | Protects and maintains patients' confidentiality in accordance with the hospital policy |

Demonstrates knowledge and skills of the hospital policies and procedures | Acts as a preceptor for junior and new staff and participates in orientation and development programs |
Provide direct nursing care to patients on a shift by shift basis.
20Demonstrates the skills and judgment necessary to implement medical plan of care, nursing interventions and procedures, as necessary for the care of the patient | Evaluates the identified problems, care provided, and patients' responses are reassessed, in order to meet patient and family needs to ensure overall quality of care delivered |
